Why is my dashboard showing zero downloads?

If your dashboard is showing that you have zero downloads, it is likely because your download count is refreshed every 24 hours. Any downloads of your files that have happened within 24 hours will show up on your dashboard, but downloads more than 24 hours old are not displayed.
