Keeping your payment information up-to-date is key to ensuring your Contributor earnings are paid on time. Here’s how to add or update your payment information in the Content Manager to be paid your contributor earnings via Payoneer.
What you’ll need:
- An active Vecteezy Contributor account
- An active Payoneer account*
How to connect your existing Payoneer account to your Vecteezy Contributor account
*If you do not have an active Payoneer account, please see “How to create and connect a new Payoneer account to your Vecteezy Contributor account” below.
To connect your existing Payoneer account to your Vecteezy Contributor account:
- Log in to your Contributor account: https://contributors.vecteezy.com/
- Navigate to your contributor profile: https://contributors.vecteezy.com/profile
- Scroll down to the “Payment Info” section
- Select Payoneer
- Click “Save Changes”
- Click “Connect Payoneer Account”
From here, a link to Payoneer will open in a new window. If you have any questions about logging in to your Payoneer account, please contact Payoneer for additional support.
Once you successfully log in to your Payoneer account, you will be redirected back to your Vecteezy Contributor Account.
After a few moments, you may see a message in the Payment Info section of your Contributor account that says, “Your Payoneer account is pending. Please contact Payoneer for further support.”
Please note you may be required to wait a few minutes and refresh the page for this message to appear.
Connecting your account will typically be approved within 3 business days.
Once approved, you will see a “Login to Payoneer” button and a green “Connected” message under the Payment Info section of your Contributor account.
This “Connected” message indicates that your Payoneer account has been successfully connected to your Vecteezy Content Manager account.
If you do not see this message, please repeat steps 1-6, and if you still do not see this message, email us at contributors@eezy.com.
How to create and connect a new Payoneer account to your Vecteezy Contributor account
*If you already have an active Payoneer account, please see “How to connect your existing Payoneer account to your Vecteezy Contributor account” above.
To create and connect a new Payoneer account to your Vecteezy Contributor account:
- Log in to your Contributor account: https://contributors.vecteezy.com/
- Navigate to your contributor profile: https://contributors.vecteezy.com/profile
- Scroll down to the “Payment Info” section
- Select Payoneer
- Click “Save Changes”
- Click “Connect Payoneer Account”
From here, a link to Payoneer will open in a new window.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the Payoneer signup process. If you have any questions during this step, please contact Payoneer for additional support.
Once you complete the Payoneer account application process, you will be redirected back to your Vecteezy Contributor Account.
New Payoneer accounts go through an approval process via Payoneer. During this time, you will see a message in the Payment Info section of your Contributor account that says, “Your Payoneer account is pending. Please contact Payoneer for further support.”
If your Payoneer account is declined, you will see a message in the Payment Info section of your Contributor account that says, “Your Payoneer application was declined. Please contact Payoneer for more information.”
Please note that Vecteezy cannot control the status of pending or declined Payoneer accounts. Please contact Payoneer if you require assistance when your Payoneer account is pending or if your account is declined.
Once your Payoneer account is approved, you will see a “Login to Payoneer” button and a green “Connected” message.
This “Connected” message indicates that your Payoneer account has been successfully connected to your Vecteezy Content Manager account.
