Content commissioned by Eezy under a Wholly Owned Content Agreement is “work made for hire.” Therefore, Eezy owns all rights, titles, and interest in and to the Content, including the copyright.

Under the Wholly Owned program, you are not able to provide content to anyone else for any other purpose, use the content yourself for any purpose, or let anyone else use the content for any purpose.
