File Transfer Protocol (FTP) enables Eezy contributors to process content in batches and reading embedded metadata, review and edit titles, descriptions, keywords, and submit validated content for review.
Log in to the content manager using the credentials you created during sign up. This is where you will upload content, view downloads, and set up payments. Sign in here.
Select FTP Uploading from the Navigation bar
Use the FTP Credentials found here to copy and paste into your preferred FTP client. Commonly used free to download clients are FileZilla and ForkLift.
Connect the Client to Eezy Servers
Click to copy and paste your FTP credentials from our content manager to the FTP client to connect your account to our server. Once you are connected you can drag and drop your files into the empty window or panel of the FTP Client.
Required FTP File Types:
- EPS - filename345.eps
- JPG - filename345.jpg
Once your files have been successfully added to the FTP client, go back to our content manager FTP Uploading page and click the “Process Uploads” button to import the file from the FTP into our content manager. After the files are processed you can review your content prior to submitting.
After the files are processed you can review your content prior to submitting by clicking the “View Submissions” button. On this page, you can verify that your content contains all of the required information. From here you can edit content with errors and submit validated content that meets all acceptance criteria. When you are ready to send your content for review simply click the “Submit Assets” button.
Your content will be reviewed in 7-10 days after submitting.
