Why didn't I receive my payment?

Here are the most common reasons you may not have received your payment this month:

• Your earnings are below $25 USD after taxes.
• Your files are mostly or all Pro - this means your payments will be delayed by 45-60 days. You can learn more here. 
• Your tax form was denied, or has not been submitted.
• You do not have an active payment method on your account.
• You chose Payoneer as your payment type, but did not click on the link we sent you to verify your account. (PayPal does not need any additional verification)

Please double check to make sure you have $25 USD in earnings after taxes, that you have completed your tax form, you have an active payment method on your account, and you have verified your Payoneer link (if you chose Payoneer). 

Additionally, payments are sent on or around the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, please allow our team a couple extra days to process your payment. 

We ask that you do not reach out about your payment status until after the 17th of the month.
