How do I become a Vecteezy Contributor?

Create your account
1. Go to https://www.vecteezy.com/contributors
2. Click "Get Started"
3. Enter your email address
4. Create & Confirm your password
5. Pass the reCAPTCHA
6. Click "Begin Application"

1. Go to your email inbox
2. Locate the email from Vecteezy
3. Click on the link in the email
4. Log in to your account
Set up your account
1. Tell us about you
  Enter your personal information to begin setting up your account. Use your real First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth as shown on your government-issued ID.
2. Show us your work
  Share your creative portfolios to help us understand your style and speed up your account review.
3. Finish your account setup
  Read and agree to the terms of the Contributor Agreement to finish setting up your account.
Complete Contributor Onboarding
1. Upload 25 high-quality files that pass our Content Guidelines
  A high initial approval rate may result in faster review speeds, while a low approval rate may disqualify you from contributing to Vecteezy. Approved files will be published on Vecteezy.
2. Complete your ID verification
  We take copyright and ownership very seriously to protect all creative works. So, you are required to verify your ID to demonstrate integrity in the work you upload.
3. Pass review.
  After you submit your first 25 files and verify your ID, our team will review your work to ensure you will thrive as a Vecteezy Contributor. Once you pass this review, you will unlock the full contributor experience!

How long will it take for me to pass the review?

Based on your information, you will receive an email in approximately 5-7 days notifying you of the review decision.

What happens after I pass review?

After you pass review, a few things will happen.

First, you will be notified via email that you passed.

Also, your files will be published and available for millions to download on Vecteezy!

Then, we will unlock the whole contributor experience, including access to upload and submission tools, insights, and earnings information!

Why does Vecteezy need more information from me to pass review?

Occasionally, contributors may be required to update application information. The most common reasons for this are:

An invalid name is provided - Vecteezy only accepts real first and last names.
Your portfolio link is broken - the link or webpage provided can't be accessed.
Invalid address - the address field was not filled out correctly.

Why didn't I pass the review?

A few reasons a contributor may not pass review are:

Low Quality — all files you upload must be high quality and follow Content Guidelines. A contributor may not pass the review if the submitted files do not meet our guidelines.

Copyright — we take copyright and ownership very seriously. If copyright or ownership concerns exist, including logos, people, or fictional characters not allowed due to copyright infringement, a contributor may not pass review.

Duplicate — Contributors may only have 1 Vecteezy account. If an application is found to be owned by an existing contributor or another application from the same contributor is open, then a contributor may not pass review.

Why is my account locked?

If you can not sign in, likely, you did not pass the review. Please see "Why didn't I pass review?" for more information.

What will happen if I open an application but do not finish it?

Vecteezy occasionally discards old applications. If you can no longer sign in, please begin a new application here.

Please note: We updated our application, account setup, and onboarding processes. If you started an application before this update, your application experience will be transitioned to the newest experience. If you follow the link in your email, you will be prompted to sign in to the Content Manager with the password you created when you started your application. You can then continue through the new account setup and onboarding processes.
