What is Auto Submit?

Auto Submit is an Upload Setting you can enable on the Upload page which allows valid files to skip the Add Data page, expediting the submission process, so you can focus on doing what you love.

How does Auto Submit work?

When the Auto Submit Upload Setting is enabled, valid files (files with titles and keywords that meet Vecteezy’s minimum requirements) are automatically submitted for review.

What files can I Auto Submit?

Do not use Auto Submit when files require a release. 

Files that can be auto submitted, include:

File types: Vectors, Photos, Videos, PNGs, PSDs

License: Pro, Free, Editorial

Upload method: Web, sFTP, Stock Aggregator

While most files can be auto submitted, it is your responsibility to ensure files you auto submit meet Vecteezy’s Content Guidelines. 

Submitting too many files that do not meet our Guidelines may result in the Auto Submit tool being disabled for your account or your Vecteezy contributor account being terminated.

How do I use Auto Submit?

1. Prepare files’ metadata for Auto Submit
   Files are required to have appropriate title and keywords to be eligible for Auto Submit. To prepare the metadata for files you wish to Auto Submit: embed metadata in your files, prepare a CSV to upload with your file, or apply Magic Metadata via the Upload Settings modal on the Upload page.  
2. Configure your Upload Settings & Upload
   From the Upload Page Upload Settings modal, select “Auto Submit” for each content type you wish to have submitted automatically after upload. Also configure the appropriate AI-generated, license, and Magic Metadata settings for your files at this time, and click “Save’. Then, you can upload files via Web, FTP, or using a Stock Aggregator.
3. Check the pending review page
   After your files upload, if they include the appropriate metadata they will automatically be submitted for review and be visible on the Pending Review page. If Auto Submit is selected but your files do not include the appropriate metadata or have Magic Metadata selected, they will move to the Add Data page so you can add the required information and then Submit them for review. 

Can I change the information on files I Auto Submit?
When you Auto Submit files, you can not edit information such as titles, keywords, releases, or license unless they need corrections. 

However, you can delete files from the pending review page and re-upload the file without Auto Submit enabled if you notice you need to edit this information immediately after submission.

Will files I Auto Submit be approved?
Using Auto Submit does not guarantee your files will be approved. 

You are responsible for ensuring all files you upload and submit meet Vecteezy’s Content Guidelines, and submitting too many files that do not meet our Guidelines may result in your Vecteezy contributor account being terminated.
