Q: What is AI generated content?
A: AI generated content is a synthetic image using intelligent text-to-image creation software rather than using a camera or a digital painting program operated by a human. Instead of capturing or drawing an image, you are introducing a brief description of a vision, and AI is creating a visual representation of that vision from the text prompt, from scratch.
Vecteezy's policy regarding AI generated content: Vecteezy will now accept AI rendered images and videos provided that they are high quality and do not go against our policies and standards.
We will accept high-quality AI-generated content, but the content must be perfectly rendered and technically flawless (without distortion, pixelation or warping). If the image or video was generated with a real person (used photo of real person, or name of real person in prompt) a model release is required. If you are using a reference image to create your AI, we will need to see the original photo/painting/drawing reference that was used and any relevant property releases. Contributors must own full copyright to the original reference content. Please do not submit AI illustrated photo content, we are only looking for photo realistic content for our photo category.
If the AI content is created based on keywords only, we don't require a release or reference photo.
We will not accept content that features trademarked or copyrighted entities.
Titles and keywords must include the term "AI Generated" upon submission.
AI generated images or videos that have flaws and distortions, or are poorly rendered in general, will be rejected for Technical Quality. You may not resubmit content that has already been rejected. We will also not accept multiple files that are similar, each file must have very noticeable differences in composition, elements, styles, etc.
When uploading your AI content, please make sure to click the check box that says AI Generated in the Add Data section, and then use the dropdown menu to choose what program you created the AI image in.
