Content Guidelines - Bundles

Bundles file requirements;

  • Must be a zip file
  • Must not be greater than 10GB
  • Unless intended to be a preview for the bundle, included files may not contain the keyword ‘preview.”

 

Bundles previews

  • Bundles previews can be uploaded before or after submission
  • If uploaded during submission, the file must be a jpeg and contain the keyword “preview” to be detected
  • Previews may not be larger than 15GB and must be at least 4 Megapixels
  • A minimum of 3 previews required
  • Previews can also be added from the Add Data page after upload before submission

 

Bundles Upload

  • Bundles may be uploaded via the Content Manager through sFTP or Web upload

 

Submitting Bundles

  • In addition to previews and source files, Bundles require the following metadata elements:
    • Title
      • Minimum 3 words
      • Maximum 200 characters
      • No special characters
    • Keywords
      • Minimum 5 keywords
      • Maximum 50 keywords
      • No special characters
    • Description
      • Minimum 300 characters
      • No special characters
    • All bundles are published under Vecteezy’s pro license
    • Releases must be attached if required, including preview or example images

    To meet the content guidelines for "Bundles by Kayt," follow this solution:

    1. Prepare Your Files:

    • Source Files: Ensure all files are organized and named appropriately without using the keyword "preview" unless intended for previews.
    • ZIP Compression: Compress all source files into a single ZIP file. Ensure the file size is under 10GB.

    2. Create Previews:

    • Image Requirements: Generate at least three JPEG preview images that are at least 4 Megapixels in resolution.
    • Naming: Include the keyword "preview" in the filenames if you are uploading them during submission.
    • File Size: Verify that the total size of each preview image is under 15GB.

    3. Upload Process:

    • Content Manager: Choose between sFTP or Web upload to transfer your ZIP file via the Content Manager.
    • Preview Upload: If uploading previews at the same time, make sure they meet the specifications. Alternatively, add previews later from the "Add Data" page.

    4. Submit Metadata:

    • Title: Create a descriptive title with a minimum of 3 words, not exceeding 200 characters, and avoid special characters.
    • Keywords: Choose 5-50 relevant keywords that do not contain special characters.
    • Description: Write a detailed description of at least 300 characters without using special characters.

    5. Final Checks:

    • Licensing: Confirm that your bundle complies with Vecteezy’s pro license.
    • Releases: Attach any necessary releases, particularly if your previews or example images require them.

    6. Final Submission:

    • Review: Double-check that all requirements are met, then proceed to submit your bundle through the Content Manager.

    By following these steps, you’ll ensure that your bundle meets all the required guidelines for a successful submission.
