    Subject: Dashboard Locked – Request for Assistance

    Dear Vecteezy Support Team,

    I am a contributor on Vecteezy and my account email is mdbillalhossain7439@gmail.com. I have successfully completed ID verification, but my dashboard still appears to be locked and I am unable to upload or manage my files properly.

    I have already deleted the 150 files under “Add Data” and ensured that my pending uploads are cleared. Despite this, I’m still facing restrictions.

    Could you please review my account and let me know what steps I need to take to unlock full access?
