- Getting Started
Log in to the Content Manager using the credentials you created during sign-up. This is where you will upload content, view downloads, and set up payments. Sign in here. - Click on "Upload" in the Navigation bar
This will bring you to the upload page where you can upload via Web Upload or SFTP. - Click on "FTP Upload"
Use the FTP Credentials found here to copy and paste into your preferred FTP client. Commonly used free-to-download clients are FileZilla, ForkLift, and Cyberduck. - Connect Eezy Servers via SFTP
Click to copy and paste your FTP credentials from our Content Manager to the FTP client to connect your account to our server. If required, select the protocol "SFTP" or enter "22" into the port number.

Filezilla: - Upload to the FTP Client
Once you are connected you can drag and drop your files into the FTP Client to upload them to Eezy's Servers. Please ensure the files you upload meet our Content Guidelines. - Process Uploads in the Content Manager
Once your files have been successfully added to the FTP client, go back to the Upload page in the Content Manager and click the “Process FTP Uploads” button to import the files from the FTP into our content manager. - Add Data & Submit
After your files are successfully processed, valid files will appear on the Add Data page. Here you can add and edit metadata, attach releases, and review your files for submission. When you are ready to submit your files for review, select the files you wish to submit and click the “Submit For Review” button.
After submission, files will be moved to the Pending Review page and will be reviewed in approximately 7-10 days.
